Travelling by train with a bike

20 May 2019 by Admin

Good news for cyclists traveling by train with a bike, to and from Malton, Seamer and Scarborough. From Sunday May 19th, Transpennine Express will accept cycle reservations up to 10 minutes before a train’s departure from any station. This is a vast improvement on the previous and highly unpopular 24 hours notice that was introduced by TPE last year.
Details of how to reserve are found at Transpennine Express website.
