Application to remove a planned Cycle Path in the Meadowfield Estate – Amotherby

Important and Urgent – Deadline for objections imminent

Please be aware the developer is seeking a planning application to remove a previously agreed and conditioned cycle path from the housing development approved in Amotherby.

Please read the objection set out by “Paths for Everyone” below and we request that you also object to the application ASAP (presumably less comprehensively, but preferably using the same planning criteria).  Otherwise there’s a risk that this path will be lost, impacting the wider objective of linking the Market Towns of Malton, Helmsley, Kirkbymoorside and Pickering.
