The government has realised that many journeys could be done by e-bike in rural areas, but do they know what the barriers are? There is a call for evidence below. We can prepare a response from Ryedale Cycle Forum to the call for evidence, to talk about the need for more funds to install safer routes, to encourage cycling. Please also respond directly if you’d like to.
The next Ryedale Cycle Forum meeting will be held on-line, using MS Teams on Tuesday 10 November at 10am.
If you want to take part in the meeting, we need to send you a specific invitation, so please email Craig Nattress firstname.lastname@example.org to request the invite.

NYCC currently have an online form available for active travel suggestions to make North Yorkshire’s streets better for walking and cycling. A good opportunity to make suggestions about where new cycle routes or shared paths could be installed. Users have to register with the NYCC “my account” system but is then useful for other services and information, including reporting potholes.
To report pot holes seperately, email email@example.com, with clear location details.
