New faces and new ideas always welcome.
These are suitable for adults who haven’t been on their bike for a while and want to gain in confidence.
Sessions will start in a traffic free environment, then progress onto quite roads as confidence and knowledge increases.
Sessions are due to start on Monday 11 September, 09:15 – 10:45 at Everyone Active, Swim and Fitness Centre, Pickering.

I was lucky enough to attend this event yesterday at Ampleforth Abbey where we promoted active travel, Ryedale Environment Group and generally liaised with members of the public, who were supporting everyone taking part yesterday, in very hot conditions.
